Rates
- All rates are in US Dollars and include applicable Government Taxes and Service charge but are subject to change without notice, should government policies or operating expenses dictate.
- The rates include full board accommodation, meals, drinking water, and laundry.
- Exclusions include spa services, bar drinks, community activities, nature walks, gorilla trekking permits, porters, vehicle transfers and gift shop items.
Child Rates:
- Children aged 0-5 years stay free of charge when sharing a room with one or two adults (max two children)
- Children aged 15 and over will be charged Adult rates
- If a Single Adult and a Child share a room, the Adult will be charged an additional USD 100
Birthdays/Celebrations:
- Birthday cakes are provided at no extra cost
- For Honeymooners, complimentary bottle of wine and complimentary 30-minute massage are provided
Payments:
- A deposit of 30% is required on confirmation of your booking.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, and agent is required to make full payment at least 30 days' prior to client arrival at Kaara Gorilla Mountain Lodge
Cancellation:
- Cancelled bookings forfeit the 30% deposit if cancelled before 60 days of arrival.
- 50% of the total booking will be charged for cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total booking will be charged for cancellations between 29 and 0 days before the arrival date.
- All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing.
